PAYMENT
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For those who prefer cryptocurrency, we also support payments via Bitcoin and Bitcoin Lightning.
Do you accept Bitcoin?
Yes! We fully support Bitcoin. At checkout, simply select your preferred method: standard Bitcoin (on-chain) or Bitcoin Lightning for near-instant transactions with lower fees.
Are my credit card details safe?
Your security is our top priority. We use industry-leading payment processors like Stripe and Shopify Paymentsto ensure every transaction is encrypted and secure. Best of all, we never see or store your credit card information on our own servers.
How Bitcoin payments and refunds works?
All products on our store are priced in Euro (€). When you pay with Bitcoin, the checkout will calculate the BTC equivalent based on the real-time exchange rate.
If you request a refund, please note that we refund the fixed Euro value of the purchase, converted back into Bitcoin at the time of the refund.
Examples of how this works:
- If BTC price drops: You buy a €100 item for 0.001 BTC. At the time of refund, €100 is now worth 0.0015 BTC. You will receive 0.0015 BTC.
- If BTC price rises: You buy a €100 item for 0.001 BTC. At the time of refund, €100 is now worth 0.0008 BTC. You will receive 0.0008 BTC.
In both scenarios, you receive the exact Euro value you originally paid.
Currency and Volatility Policy
All transactions are settled in Euro. Customers paying via Bitcoin or Lightning agree that any approved refunds will be issued in Bitcoin for the original Euro invoice amount. We use the exchange rate provided by our payment processor at the moment the refund is initiated. This may result in a higher or lower amount of Bitcoin being returned than was originally sent, but the Euro value will remain identical.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via DHL, DPD (Speedy), Econt, and ExpressOne. Because we offer flat-rate shipping, capped at €5 for Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece, and €15 for the rest of Europe, we choose the carrier that offers the best rate for your address to ensure we can maintain these low shipping prices for you.
Who is responsible for taxes and duties?
For Orders within the EU:
All prices include applicable taxes. There are no additional customs duties for orders shipped within the European Union.
For Orders outside the EU (International):
If you are ordering from outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country.
ignoreo.com is not responsible for these charges. They are the sole responsibility of the customer. We ship all international packages "DDU" (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific estimates, as these fees vary widely by country.
Please note: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs from your refund.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes. Shortly after your item is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update once you receive it.
How much does the shipping cost?
Yes. To make shopping easier, we’ve capped shipping fees at €5 Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece. For all other European destinations, the fee is capped at €15.
Do you provide shipping insurance?
Yes, we provide full shipping insurance on every order at no extra cost to you. If your items are lost or damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered with a full refund or a replacement.
How long does it take to receive my item?
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location:
Bulgaria, Romania, & Greece: Approximately 2–3 business days.
Rest of Europe: Usually 5–7 business days.
While we dispatch orders quickly, please keep in mind that carriers may occasionally experience delays during peak holiday seasons or extreme weather.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do I pay any return fees?
Please keep in mind that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
When will I get my refund?
We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. The funds will be sent back to your original payment method (Card or Bitcoin). Note: Final processing times may vary depending on your bank's policies.

What type of products do you sell?
We specialize in high-quality refurbished iPods and essential audio/video gear tailored for bloggers and podcasters. You’ll also find a curated selection of cameras, ranging from modern digital tools to fully functional vintage cameras for film enthusiasts. Every item we sell is thoroughly tested to ensure it's ready to perform.
How do I know you sell genuine products?
Authenticity is our top priority. We source our inventory from reputable retailers, Amazon, and authorized brand representatives. Every item undergoes a rigorous multi-step verification process, where we cross-reference serial numbers with official dealers and perform a full technical inspection on any unsealed units to ensure they meet our high standards.
Are those second hand items?
Most of our inventory is new and unused. Our products are primarily sourced from physical stores closing their doors or clearing out high-end display stock. While these items may have been unboxed for display, they have not been used for demonstrations or handled by customers.
The Exception: Our iPods are expertly refurbished. If any other item is second-hand, it will be clearly and explicitly noted in the product description so you know exactly what you are buying.
If the products are new, why are the prices so low?
You’re essentially paying for the product, not the cardboard! Because we acquire stock from shop closures and liquidations, some items may arrive in non-original packaging or without the printed manual. This has zero impact on the quality or performance of the device, but it does mean a much lower price for you.
What does it mean a refurbished iPod?
Since the iPod Classic was discontinued years ago, the original mechanical hard drives are now prone to failure. We don't just "fix" them; we supercharge them. Each iPod is upgraded with modern SD card storage and a high-capacity battery.
