Checks a password against Have I Been Pwned's Pwned Passwords using k-anonymity. Never send the password: send sha1_prefix (the first 5 hex characters of its SHA-1) and compare the returned suffixes yourself, or send sha1 (the full 40-character hash) and get a yes/no. Hashes are not stored.
